Bake from Frozen

Unbox the pie, lightly egg-wash, sprinkle with sugar if provided, and bake it at 425ºF (220ºC) for 15 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 375ºF (190ºC) and bake it for an additional 45 to 60 minutes or until the centre is bubbly.

Allow to set for an hour before serving.

Helpful Tips:

Cover your pie with tin foil after the first 15 minutes, to allow for even browning.

Bake on the bottom rack of your oven for a crispier pie bottom.

We like to bake our pies in the morning, and reheat for 10 minutes at 300ºF before serving... with ice cream!

Bake from frozen at 400ºF for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
