  • Bake from Frozen

  • Unbox the pie, lightly egg-wash, and bake it at 425ºF (220ºC) for 15 minutes.

  • Reduce the temperature to 375ºF (190ºC) and bake it for an additional 45 to 60 minutes or until the centre is bubbly.

  • Allow to set for an hour before serving.

Helpful Tips: 

  • Cover your pie with tin foil after the first 15 minutes, to allow for even browning.

  • Bake on the bottom rack of your oven for a crispier pie bottom.

  • We like to bake our pies in the morning, and reheat for 10 minutes at 300ºF before serving... with ice cream!
